Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
- Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
- The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
- The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
- Authors declares that there are no Conflict of Interest / Competing Interest regarding the submission.

The journal `Cadernos de Pós-Graduação em Direito Político e Econômico / Postgraduate Notebooks in Political and Economic Law (ISSN: 1678-2127), published by the Centro de Estudos Acadêmicos Press [Center for Academic Studies Press], is committed to the protection of personal data and the privacy of all individuals involved in its editorial and academic activities, including authors, reviewers, editors, and readers.

No personal data is sold, transferred, or disclosed for commercial purposes.
3. Data Storage and Security
All personal data is stored in secure environments managed by the journal’s editorial system. Access to data is restricted to authorized editorial staff and system administrators. The journal adopts administrative and technical measures to prevent unauthorized access, data breaches, or misuse.
4. Use of Third-Party Services
In cases where third-party services are employed (e.g., for indexing, DOI registration, or long-term archiving), only data strictly necessary for these services will be shared. These third parties must demonstrate compliance with data protection standards.
