As of August 2025, the journal officially operates under a full open access model, providing immediate and unrestricted online access to all published content without subscription or payment barriers.
Prior to this transition:
- From 2021 to July 2025, the journal was available online but under restricted (closed) access conditions, with selected content available digitally and full access limited to institutional or editorial circulation.
- Until 2020, the journal was published exclusively in print format, with no digital availability.

All articles published under the open access model are licensed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).
