Organized by the Department of Law, Gurugram University, this landmark academic event was held in hybrid mode on 09–10 April, 2026 at the university campus in Sector-87, Gurugram, Haryana, India. The conference served as a critical nexus for jurists, scholars, and technologists to confront the paradigm shifts triggered by automated legal systems, algorithmic bias, and predictive data modeling.
Led by Guest Editors Dr. Komal and Dr. Kanu Priya, this special collection moves beyond isolated discussions to explore how rapid AI integration simultaneously influences constitutional protections, corporate compliance, and criminal justice frameworks. The compiled papers provide holistic, forward-looking insights aimed at balancing technological efficiency with systemic justice.
