Abstract
This study aims to investigate the relationship between self-confidence and stationary shooting accuracy in football among hearing-impaired players in M’Sila Province. The researcher adopted the descriptive method due to its suitability for the nature of the study. The study sample consisted of 20 male hearing-impaired football players belonging to the team of the Hearing-Impaired Annex at the School for Young Blind Children in M’Sila. The sample was selected purposively using the comprehensive census method.
To collect data, the researcher used the Self-Confidence Scale developed by Al-Anzi (2000). The main findings of the study were as follows:
There is a positive direct relationship between self-reliance and stationary shooting accuracy in football among hearing-impaired players.
There is a positive direct relationship between decision-making and stationary shooting accuracy in football among hearing-impaired players.
There is a positive direct relationship between self-confidence in social situations and stationary shooting accuracy in football among hearing-impaired players.
There is a positive direct relationship between determination and willpower and stationary shooting accuracy in football among hearing-impaired players.
There is a positive direct relationship between overall self-confidence and stationary shooting accuracy in football among hearing-impaired players.
