Abstract
An increasing number of firms are incorporating social and environmental issues into their daily operations and stakeholder interactions as part of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. exploring the relationship between CSR and CFP and whether or not corporations' commitment to CSR initiatives leads to improved financial success for themselves. corporate governance, environmental sustainability, ethical labor practices, and charity are just a few of the numerous aspects of CSR. A comprehensive literature study and empirical research are then used to assess the impact of these aspects on key financial indicators like as profitability, stock performance, and market value. the channels via which CSR initiatives can impact CFP, including improved brand image, consumer devotion, staff contentment, and operational effectiveness. The impact of CSR on financial performance may range among industries and geographic areas, which is further complicated by the involvement of industry and regional considerations. Although there is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to corporate social responsibility (CSR) and corporate financial performance (CFP), research suggests that CSR programs, when properly implemented, can boost financial results in the long run.
