Abstract
This article sheds light on the role of university business incubators in fostering innovation and supporting start-ups in Algeria by providing a comprehensive environment that includes mentorship, funding, and advanced technology.
It also discusses the legal framework and mechanisms for establishing these incubators, while analyzing the challenges they face and proposing innovative solutions to achieve economic development.
