Abstract
This study aims to identify the effect of electronic human resource management information systems (e-HRMIS) on organizational sustainability at the Directorate of Education in Anbar, Iraq. The researchers adopted the descriptive-analytical methodology. The study population comprised 975 male and female employees, from whom a stratified random sample of 450 employees was selected. The study found a moderate to relatively high level of agreement regarding the implementation of e-HRMIS across their five dimensions, with an overall arithmetic mean of 3.35. The results further revealed a moderate to relatively high level of agreement regarding organizational sustainability at the directorate across its three dimensions, with an overall arithmetic mean of 3.28. In addition, the results demonstrate a statistically significant effect of e-HRMIS as a whole on organizational sustainability.
