The Role of Artificial Intelligence as an Innovative Model for Enhancing Banking Financial Services in the Light of Digital Transformation: Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) as a Case Study

Abstract

This research paper aims to identify the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as an innovative model to enhance banking financial services in the context of digital transformation, adopting Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) as a case study. The study concludes that the Islamic banking sector in Indonesia has significantly benefited from the deployment of financial technology (FinTech) and AI, which has become a strategic solution to improve operational efficiency, accelerate service delivery, and provide a more personalized and relevant customer experience. This transformation has reflected positively on the overall performance of banks and financial institutions in Indonesia.
