Abstract
The goal of sustainable tourism development is to increase tourism while simultaneously protecting cultural and environmental treasures. the methods and approaches that encourage eco-friendly travel with few negative effects on the environment. To guarantee long-term advantages for local economies and ecosystems, it is crucial to engage the community, manage resources responsibly, and build environmentally friendly infrastructure. Case studies from different parts of the world show how different sectors, such ecotourism, rural tourism, and historical protection, have succeeded and failed at striking this equilibrium. sustainable tourism practices are being propelled by public awareness, commercial sector engagement, and government policies.
