Abstract
The female entrepreneur faces significant challenges worldwide. For common or different objectives, her situation may be similar or different from one continent to another; nevertheless, the trend of female entrepreneurship has started and proven itself.
In Algeria, despite state support through various initiatives, the situation of female entrepreneurs remains below standards. This situation is due to many factors; some are related to the overall business climate (administrative delays, access to financing, support, etc.), while others are cultural and require the engagement of entire generations for economic interests and, consequently, overall development. In this article, achievable solutions are proposed: support, training, reforms, and a change of paradigm.
