Volume 22 continues the journal’s mission to foster high-quality academic dialogue in political and economic law. As with all editions, we maintain a selective editorial policy: this volume contains 10 original articles, spanning approximately 300 pages, chosen through a double-blind peer review process that emphasizes academic rigor and relevance.
The articles in this issue investigate diverse themes such as the regulatory state, legal interpretations of economic crises, and the evolving nature of public policy frameworks. Emphasis is placed on interdisciplinary approaches that bridge doctrinal legal analysis with economic and political contexts.
