The Impact of Communication Technology on Organizing Administrative Communication Tasks within the Institution: An Analytical Study

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of communication technology on the organization of administrative communication tasks within institutions by highlighting its role in improving administrative efficiency, developing communication practices in public institutions, and strengthening the effectiveness of decision-making. The study adopts the descriptive-analytical method by presenting the conceptual framework of organization and communication technology, then analyzing the effects of this technology on job performance and organizational structures. The study concludes that communication technology constitutes a decisive factor in the modernization of public administration, despite the challenges it raises in relation to human qualification and digital infrastructure.
