Abstract
Access to justice remains one of the most persistent challenges confronting the Indian legal system. Despite constitutional guarantees and judicial activism, systemic delays, excessive pendency of cases, high litigation costs, and lack of legal awareness continue to obstruct meaningful justice for a large segment of the population. In recent years, Artificial Intelligence (AI) has emerged as a transformative technological tool capable of reshaping legal processes, judicial administration, and dispute resolution mechanisms.
