Abstract
Administrative innovation is not the product of coincidence, but is the inevitable result of scientific foundations and rules follow, and the most important of these rules sharing thought and the availability of information. In the last 15 years, many concepts have changed over the work of managers. The problem is no longer in the classic management of individuals, finances or other administrative work. Rather, the problem facing managers is to manage the continuous change that takes place within the institution, In the midst of continuous external variables in the surrounding work environment. ICT has become one of the important pillars of modern management.
